- To work closely with the Lighting / Sound / AV / technicians to ensure cohesive final productions of the highest standard

- To support the visual aesthetic of the school and to create appropriate designs / displays that would build upon the vision of the Lower School and enhance the Middle School aesthetic

- To support the Drama and Art departments with set up and establish and maintain an inventory of items ordered as the new RLS campus opens
- To offer 5 hours a week (approx.) to supporting set up of Art materials for lessons
- Set up and oversee all backstage areas including workshops, props and costume areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide support to all staff using the Expressive Arts spaces, as required
- Liaise with AV/Digital Technicians regarding software and systems support, as required
- To work with the RLS procurement team, gathering quotations and working within the allocated budget in a timely manner
