01 Library Assistant

We are seeking an experienced passionate and innovative School Library Assistant to join our educational institution. This role is integral in fostering a love for reading and learning among students, while also managing the library's resources and programmes. You will work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents to create an engaging environment that promotes literacy and research skills.

02 Physical Education Technician

We are seeking a PE Technician who will play a vital supporting role within the Physical Education and Wellness Faculty, ensuring that all lessons, extracurricular activities and school sports events are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. The technician provides logistical, technical and administrative assistance to PE staff, maintains facilities and equipment and contributes to the school’s wellness and sustainability vision.

03 Head of Finance (UAE National)

Support Management to establish current and long-term financial Strategy objectives for RLSE and set adequate operating plans for RLSE and manage all financial matters and operations, activities and achievement of the department's objectives in accordance with agreed operating plans and budgets.

04 AV Technician

The AV Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality audio-visual support across all Rashid and Latifa School campuses. This includes the setup, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of AV systems in classrooms, auditoriums and during school events, ensuring a seamless digital and performance environment.

05 Reprographics Technician

The Reprographics Technician is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and coordination of reprographics services, ensuring the high‑quality production, binding and timely distribution of teaching and learning materials across the school.

06 In‑House School Photographer

The In-House School Photographer is responsible for capturing high quality photographic and visual content that reflects the ethos, culture and daily life of RLS School. The role supports whole school communications, documentation and archival needs by providing consistent, professional visual coverage of academic life, events and key initiatives. This ensures a strong, coherent visual identity across internal and external platforms and supports the work of senior leaders, staff and the wider school community.

08 People & Culture Officer (UAE National)

We are seeking a People & Culture Officer to serve as the primary HR partner for our school, supporting staff across the full employee lifecycle. The role is responsible for leading recruitment and onboarding, enabling performance and professional development, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UAE and DGHR law. Working closely with school leaders, this position will implement HR policies and strategies while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive employee experience that supports our business objectives.
