Main Purpose

Core Functional Accountabilities
- Operations: Ensure accounting in RLSE is processed truly and in line with Dubai Standards and provide adequate financial management, financial processing, financial reporting & effective financial systems development and counselling on technical matters and support RLSE strategy implementation
- Transactions: Collaborate and coordinate the activities of outside suppliers of financial services hired or contracted by RLSE and its accountants, auditors, financial consultants, underwriters and brokers, the banking system and other financial venues.
- Processes and Project Accounting: Regulate, supervise and implement a timely, full and accurate accounting of all RLSE departments/projects reflecting all its activities and financial status to ensure project accounting is performed per IAS standards and communicated to RLSE and all processes are in place, shared and understood in all RLSE departments.
- Budget & Forecasting: Manage budgeting, cash flows & forecasting, including analysis of the business performance and provide feedback to the RLSE Project Managers and department heads on actual spending versus budget to ensure that budget exercise is performed at planned Project levels.
- Cost Analysis and review: Manage Project and review the cost analysis, price trends, new purchases and annual contracts. Review of Major Expenditures.
- Cash Management: Supervise all petty cash purchase-related transactions. Review and approve petty cash purchases.
- Accounts-purchases integration: Ensure all the costs in the system are linked to the appropriate GL accounts and relevant cost centers. Set the accounting rules in the system to ensure appropriate mapping of item categories to ledger accounts.
- Supplier Management: Review statement of accounts and supplier payments.
- Ensure appropriate reconciliation of supplier statement of accounts and resolve issues in case of any conflicts or mismatches in invoicing vs payments. Identify and establish good relations with vendors, monitor the service standards and ensure cost benefits are achieved.

Main Purpose
We are seeking a People & Culture Officer to serve as the primary HR partner for our school, supporting staff across the full employee lifecycle. The role is responsible for leading recruitment and onboarding, enabling performance and professional development, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with UAE and DGHR law. Working closely with school leaders, this position will implement HR policies and strategies while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive employee experience that supports our business objectives.
- Is the primary point of contact for all school staff on People related matters, including contracts, terms and conditions and payroll
- Support the onboarding process for all incoming staff, including pre-employment communication to ensure new starters are aware of the requirements for their role and for working and living in the UAE

- Manages employee exit processes, liaising with the Operations teams
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Support the recruitment strategy in collaboration with the Head of P&C

Employee Relations
- Supports the SLT with investigations and disciplinary management of staff, ensuring accurate records are stored in the employee records
- Provide advice, counsel and guidance to Middle Leaders on relevant issues and escalate to SLT where required
- Escalate concerns from SLT if it cannot be solved informally
- Escalates cases where there is a legal risk to the Head of P&C
- Perform any other duties as reasonably expected
- Degree of higher education; or
- Related industry qualification, of graduate level
- Minimum 3 years in HR in any industry; or 2 years in Generalist HR within a service related industry
- Sound working knowledge of UAE & DGHR Law (Preferred)
- Recognised HR Qualification and/or professional subscription (eg CIPD) desirable
- Competent using IT systems, including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook (Preferred)

We are seeking a Parent Relations Executive who will foster a strong connection between the school and families. In this vital role, you will facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and involvement between the school and the parent community by providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating problem-solving abilities, and delivering clear and efficient communication to both new and existing parents
- Set an exemplary tone for the RLS community through modelling the school's Purpose, Principles, Practices and Values.
- Implement effective parent relations strategies and develop a seamless parent experience.
- Conduct social and networking events to foster a strong sense of community among parents.
- Conduct school tours, open days, and the school promotional activities to support enrolment activities.
- Keep track of all school activities such as parent-teacher meetings, open days, workshops, cultural events, and other events on the school calendar that need parental participation.
- Foster transparent and effective communication with both new and existing parents.
- Address parents’ suggestions, feedback, and adopt any concerns in a prompt and professional manner through the school approved communication channels.
- Offer assistance and guidance to parents in addressing educational or behavioural difficulties concerning their children in collaboration with the pastoral and safeguarding team.
- Keep records of all interactions, inquiries, and concerns from both parents and students in the Customer Relationship Management System and ensure that concerns are escalated following the CRM's approved escalation matrix and that incidents are closed in alignment with the agreed SLA.
- Coordinate and conduct parent induction sessions for new students and families, providing information about school policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Work closely with the Front of House - Receptionist and ensure presence during drops off and pick up times to assist parents with any requests or questions they may have.
- Gather feedback from parents regarding their involvement with the school and conduct surveys to evaluate parental satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform exit interviews with parents of students who are leaving to develop satisfaction levels and ensure that the database is accurately updated with the leaving status and information.
- Provide update and regular reports regarding parental requests, inquiries, and feedback to enhance Parent Relations strategies in collaboration with the Customer Excellence & Admissions Manager.
- Support the admissions team throughout the admissions process when necessary.
- Carry out administrative tasks as delegated by the direct manager, senior leadership, and faculty to help achieve their goals.
- Ensure the RLS policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are always followed.
- Uphold strict punctuality standards and consistently and attend work during core hours.
- Act as the line manager for the Front of House - Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, providing guidance, oversight, and support to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
- Provide coverage for the Front of House - Receptionist and Administrative Assistant when necessary, ensuring continuity of service and demonstrating accountability as their line manager.
