Main Purpose

- Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
- Operate, monitor and troubleshoot all reprographics equipment, including photocopying, printing and binding machines.
- Produce, bind and distribute teaching and learning materials such as worksheets, examination papers, booklets and other educational resources to agreed deadlines.
- Plan and prioritise reprographics requests to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently and downtime is minimised.
