She played a key role in learning-space design, curriculum architecture, strategic operating processes and talent development pathways. She is leading the creation of a digitally enriched, wellbeing-centered, inquiry-driven environment that advances STEAM excellence for girls and reflects Dubai’s ambitious educational vision. Claire serves on the Dubai Artificial Intelligence (AI) Education Forum Advisory Board and participates in an international AI working group focused on the ethical and effective use of AI in schools. Her leadership is relational, strategic and anchored in equity and empowerment. A passionate advocate for girls’ education and global citizenship, she is preparing young women to think deeply, lead purposefully and contribute confidently to a changing world.
Leadership is about creating the conditions where others can shine. It is a privilege to shape a school where young people are equipped not just with knowledge, but with the courage, resilience and empathy to contribute meaningfully to a changing world.
